Sacred Heart Pastoral Care Team

The Pastoral Care Team was formed in 2024 and received their certified training through the Diocese of Victoria. The Pastoral Care Team is a group of caring and dedicated individuals, who work with the Parish Priest to bring Holy Communion to those who are housebound, in long term care facilities or in the hospital as well as pay pastoral visits to those in need.
